HOTELRED, Madison – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room we were given was spacious, well-appointed, and generally clean, but the velveteen furnishings had a significant amount of dust accumulated. The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, and the work area was practical. Unfortunately, the room that was confirmed for us was not available upon arrival. The service, while friendly overall, had its shortcomings, such as my son's breakfast order being completely wrong. The location was convenient with easy access, but it left something to be desired compared to its usual standard. As for dining, the quality and pricing were good overall, although the menu was limited and some items were poor. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory. The staff is exceptional, incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

My stay at the hotel in Madison for a girls weekend was very pleasant. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and modern, making it a great choice for our getaway. While the service had some shortcomings, the location was terrific, close to many venues we wanted to explore.
